A: Our practice orders high-quality, cutting-edge functional lab tests in order to obtain accurate information about how your body is working and to uncover the root cause of your illness. Most of the lab work that we order is covered by insurance, although some may not be. Please contact your insurance provider before completing any lab tests to inquire about coverage. Certain plans, like Medicaid, will not cover the costs of tests ordered by out-of-network providers. At checkout, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork and codes in order for you to file for reimbursement with your insurance provider. You may also use funds from a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover the costs of these tests.
